Refund policy
The customer is responsible for the cost of their return shipping. We do not offer return labels.
We recommend shipping returns with tracking to eliminate the risk of lost goods.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
Item/s should be unworn and as new, we will not accept used, worn or dirty items.
If the item is in an unacceptable return condition you will be contacted. The item will either be sent back out with the customer covering the cost of resend shipping or no refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, only refunds. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The return address is printed at the top of your return form.

Once we receive the item, we will do a final inspection to ensure the products can be resold. If it’s all up to scratch we will simply refund you the full amount of the item, otherwise we will contact you via email.
You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
