All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that local charges such as sales tax, import/export duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All UK orders placed before 14:00 (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day, excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day (typically Monday), with delivery expected from Tuesday onwards.

Bank Holidays are not considered business or dispatch days, and slight delays may occur during these periods.
